I wanted to take a moment to offer a "rave" review of your company. I was in the market for a gun safe and happened upon your website while doing my research. The site is very well laid out and I was totally surprised and impressed by the amount of information available to help your customers make a good buying decision. My experience with your company only got better from there. When I ordered my safe, a Mesa model MBF6030, I explained to Mr. Dye Hawley, that we were on a somewhat tight time schedule for delivery due to my business travel. He assured me that a safe was in stock at the manufacturer and that our delivery needs would be met. As things sometimes happen, the factory had a problem delivering that particular safe in our time frame. Mr. Hawley graciously offered to either find a substitute or happily refund our money. Not only did Mr. Hawley find a substitute, he offered to upgrade us to a MBF6032, a larger safe, at no additional charge. He was able to get the safe shipped immediately and have it installed well within our requested time frame. In this day and age, it is so refreshing to do business with a company that is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy it's customers.
