Most people only have a hand full of rifles and handguns they need to protect so a large gun safe would be overkill. This small gun safe will hold up to 11 long guns without scopes. If you have some handguns, they can fit on the top shelf and a few can fit on the door.
The body features 14-gauge steel and the door is 3/16" thick steel plate door. This will help to prevent people from easily breaking in. It's a huge step up from many gun safes on the market that feature 18 or 16 gauge metal.
The TF5517E5 features a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This means if your safe is burglarized, you can send a copy of the police report to American Security and they will send you a new safe at no charge if it cannot be repaired. Same thing if it is in a fire. Just send a copy of your insurance claim to American Security and they will send you a new safe at no charge if it cannot be repaired.
